The Manager of Campaign Operations will lead the team responsible for the execution and delivery of our digital marketing campaigns. This is a strategic role where you will not only manage a team but also architect the frameworks, processes, and enablement tools for our enterprise marketing managers. You'll be instrumental in optimizing our performance with offshore teams and navigating a wide variety of campaign requests, from simple to complex. This role is at the center of our global expansion.

This is a fully remote position for a Director of Marketing Fulfillment based anywhere in Canada. You will oversee marketing departments at Wishpond, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. You’ll play a key strategic role in marketing operations, supporting campaign performance, brand consistency, and client growth initiatives.
